joda-time - Java date and time API

Joda-Time provides a quality replacement for the Java date
and time classes. The design allows for multiple calendar
systems, while still providing a simple API. The 'default'
calendar is the ISO8601 standard which is used by XML. The
Gregorian, Julian, Buddhist, Coptic and Ethiopic systems
are also included, and we welcome further additions.
Supporting classes include time zone, duration, format
and parsing.

Gnomad2 is a client for the Creative Nomad Jukeboxes, Zen, Zen USB 2.0, NX,
Xtra, Touch and Micro, plus the Dell DJs utilizing the libnjb library for
jukebox communication. Further it support MTP devices by way of libmtp,
including Samsung, iriver, SanDisk, Philips, JVC and many, many more.
It is used for storing MP3 (and WAV, WMA, OGG, MP4, AVI, MPEG) media files
on the device and retrieving them again, it also handles data file storage
and retrieval, playlists and a rudimentary player with full support for the
Creative EAX sound processor on older jukebox devices.

gridengine - Grid Engine - Distributed Computing Management software

In a typical network that does not have distributed resource management
software, workstations and servers are used from 5% to 20% of the time.
Even technical servers are generally less than fully utilized. This
means that there are a lot of cycles that can be used productively if
only users know where they are, can capture them, and put them to work.

Grid Engine finds a pool of idle resources and harnesses it
productively, so an organization gets as much as five to ten times the
usable power out of systems on the network. That can increase utilization
to as much as 98%.

Grid Engine software aggregates available compute resources and
delivers compute power as a network service.

These are the local files shared by both the qmaster and execd
daemons. You must install this package in order to use any one of them.

libgxim is a X Input Method protocol library that is implemented by GObject.
this library helps you to implement XIM servers or client applications to

pdfjam - Utilities for join, rotate and align PDFs

PDFjam is a small collection of shell scripts which provide a simple
interface to some of the functionality of the excellent pdfpages
package (by Andreas Matthias) for pdfLaTeX. At present the utilities
available are:

* pdfnup, which allows PDF files to be "n-upped" in roughly the way
that psnup does for PostScript files;
* pdfjoin, which concatenates the pages of multiple PDF files
together into a single file;
* pdf90, which rotates the pages of one or more PDF files through 90
degrees (anti-clockwise).

In every case, source files are left unchanged.

A potential drawback of these utilities is that any hyperlinks in the
source PDF are lost. On the positive side, there is no appreciable
degradation of image quality in processing PDF files with these
programs, unlike some other indirect methods such as "pdf2ps | psnup |
ps2pdf" (in the author's experience).

* Button events through short touching of the touchpad.

* Dragging through short touching and holding down the finger on the

finger on the right side of the touchpad.
* The up/down button sends button four/five events.
* Horizontal scrolling (button six and seven events) through moving the

* Adjustable finger detection.
Multifinger taps: two finger for middle button and three finger for

E - Equational Theorem Prover

E is a purely equational theorem prover for full first-order logic.
That means it is a program that you can stuff a mathematical specification
(in first-order format) and a hypothesis into, and which will then run
forever, using up all of your machines' resources.
Very occasionally it will find a proof for the hypothesis and tell you so.

E's inference core is based on a modified version of the superposition
calculus for equational clausal logic. Both clausification and reasoning on
the clausal form can be documented in checkable proof objects.

E was the best-performing open source software prover in the 2008
CADE ATP System Competition (CASC) in the FOF, CNF, and UEQ divisions.

libv4l is a collection of libraries which adds a thin abstraction layer on
top of video4linux2 devices. The purpose of this (thin) layer is to make it
easy for application writers to support a wide variety of devices without
having to write separate code for different devices in the same class. libv4l
consists of 3 different libraries: libv4lconvert, libv4l1 and libv4l2.

libv4lconvert offers functions to convert from any (known) pixelformat
to V4l2_PIX_FMT_BGR24 or V4l2_PIX_FMT_YUV420.

libv4l1 offers the (deprecated) v4l1 API on top of v4l2 devices, independent
of the drivers for those devices supporting v4l1 compatibility (which many
v4l2 drivers do not).

libv4l2 offers the v4l2 API on top of v4l2 devices, while adding for the
application transparent libv4lconvert conversion where necessary.

SIP is a tool for generating bindings for C++ classes so that they can be
accessed as normal Python classes. SIP takes many of its ideas from SWIG but,
because it is specifically designed for C++ and Python, is able to generate
tighter bindings. SIP is so called because it is a small SWIG.

SIP was originally designed to generate Python bindings for KDE and so has
explicit support for the signal slot mechanism used by the Qt/KDE class
libraries. However, SIP can be used to generate Python bindings for any C++
class library.

Port Scan Attack Detector (psad) is a collection of three lightweight
system daemons written in Perl and in C that are designed to work with Linux
iptables firewalling code to detect port scans and other suspect traffic. It
features a set of highly configurable danger thresholds (with sensible
defaults provided), verbose alert messages that include the source,
destination, scanned port range, begin and end times, tcp flags and
corresponding nmap options, reverse DNS info, email and syslog alerting,
automatic blocking of offending ip addresses via dynamic configuration of
iptables rulesets, and passive operating system fingerprinting. In addition,
psad incorporates many of the tcp, udp, and icmp signatures included in the
snort intrusion detection system (http://www.snort.org) to detect highly
suspect scans for various backdoor programs (e.g. EvilFTP, GirlFriend,
SubSeven), DDoS tools (mstream, shaft), and advanced port scans (syn, fin,
xmas) which are easily leveraged against a machine via nmap. psad can also
alert on snort signatures that are logged via fwsnort
(http://www.cipherdyne.org/fwsnort/), which makes use of the
iptables string match module to detect application layer signatures.

libgee - GObject collection library

libgee is a collection library providing GObject-based interfaces and
classes for commonly used data structures.

libgee provides the following interfaces:

* Iterable
* Collection
* List
* Set
* Iterator
* Map

The ArrayList, HashSet, and HashMap classes provide a reasonable sample
implementation of the List, Set, and Map interfaces. ReadOnlyCollection,
ReadOnlyList, ReadOnlySet, and ReadOnlyMap are read-only wrapper classes
that prevent modification of the underlying collection.

libgee is written in Vala and can be used like any GObject-based C library.
It's planned to provide bindings for further languages.
