Who are we?
Ambassador is a member of the Ambassadors Group in the Fedora Account System (FAS). See https://admin.fedoraproject.org/accounts/. More pragmatically, an Ambassador serves the purpose of being a representative of Fedora.

Getting Stuff Done
Here are a list of trac ticketing systems. File a ticket to the regional tracs if you need to track something. File a ticket to the FAmSCo trac if you need to reimburse or talk to FAmSCo members in private.
