[edit] AnacondaCustomization
Following Fedora Core 5 Anaconda now uses yum so instructions on customisation have changed.
- genhdlist is dead
- You'll need to run createrepo specifically for CD's as well as for the tree.
Quick summary:
- createrepo -g Fedora/base/comps.xml .
- run buildinstall
- run pkgorder
- run splittree
- run creatrepo with split option eg:
createrepo -v -g Fedora/base/comps.xml \ --baseurl=media://MEDIAID --split i386-disc?
- MEDIAID is set to the .discinfo timestamp eg head -1 i386-disc1/.discinfo
