Allow users to run anaconda in kickstart generation mode

Summary

Support running anaconda in a kickstart generation mode. Ideally we could allow users to export the storage and network data as a Python pickle, then we could read that in on another run of anaconda (even as an application) and allow users to configure storage and networking devices, then out pops a kickstart file.
