Detailed Description

With NFSv4, we have a new and more secure remote filesystem infrastructure. We should support installing from this. Should mostly involve tweaks to the isys code to handle NFSv4 mounts and adding nfsv4 as an install type in the loader. The ideal way would generalize the NFS install code so that we can support passing various NFS options as well.
