VirtualBox cannot be included in Fedora, because it requires a kernel module package. It is already included in RPMFusion, therefore it is already easily available for Fedora users and probably does not meat the feature criteria. Imho this was more like a Wishlist item.

Detailed Description

VirtualBox is a very powerful and easy to use virtual machine. It is a very useful software for running multiple OSes without requiring dual boot. Currently, whenever there is an kernel update, the VirtualBox service needs to be manually compiled which also requires the latest kernel header updates. Having it on Fedora repository means it can push both the updates and the compilation of VirtualBox automatically to the user.
