I am not a IT professional (though I've worked for this Industry in the past), I'm just a Marketing Management student. This is without doubt something I could accomplish. The following is a set of ideas and support documentation that I will be working on while exploring Rodrigo's suggestion, creating a localized Fedora Community and promoting Fedora to new possible contributors.}}

Building a localized Fedora Community.
