Document Summary

• To create a KDE version of the Docs/DesktopUserGuide which is currently Gnome orientated
• Run through some KDE native applications that perform certain tasks

 Office
 KWrite: Basic word processing and text editing

 Internet
 Konqueror: Full featured web browser capable of KHTML and QtWebKit, and a file manager
 Kmail: Email and Newsgroup reader
 Konversation: IRC Client
 Kopete: Instant messaging including MSN, Yahoo, ICQ...... etc

 Multimedia
 Kaffeine: A media player for KDE with digital TV support
 Kplayer: KDE media player (mplayer frontend?)

 Graphics
 KolourPaint: Paint program for KDE

 Development
 Kdevelop: The KDevelop Integrated Development Environment supporting many languages
