Fedora Packaging Committee Proposals
- FESCo had no objections to the following proposals from the FPC:
- http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackagingDrafts/NoBitsInSrv
- http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackagingDrafts/ConditionalGCJ
Features
- VirtStorage was dropped as a feature for F9, since virt-manager parts of it was moved back to F10.
- Swfdec was dropped as a feature, since the majority of FESCo didn't feel it was ready to be installed by default.
x86_64 libflash Support
- FESCo approved a proposal to make libflashsupport 'ExclusiveArch: i386', and not installed by default. The release documentation will need to be modified that users will need to install libflashsupport/nspluginwrapper if they want adobe flash support.
