Summary

Integrating clamav Anti-virus and anti-spam system into Fedora default firewall which will create complete Fedora internal internet security system.

Detailed Description

ClamAV integration with Fedora system it self will reduce the virus,rootkit,Hackers,etc. problems for new users who just started using Fedora. Will also bring more security to the Fedora System itself.

Benefit to Fedora

Will bring more security in Fedora system and more users will start using Fedora as their primary operating system because of its internal robust security.Fedora will become better distribution by providing in-built security functions.And it will be useful to both desktop and server users.

Scope

This can grow into full fledge integrated security system best available.Only integration to already in-built function of firewall is required.Developers need to integrate clamav base to firewall GUI.

How To Test

No special hardware requirements.

Packages required will be clamAv-0.96.5-1400.fc14.
