[edit] Incorporate kdenlive into Fedora

[edit] Summary

Add more support for video editing to Fedora. Kino already exists and is a simple video editor, but kdenlive is a more sophisticated non-linear video editor that would give an improved user experience.

[edit] Detailed Description

Incorporate kdenlive into the Fedora mainstream, thereby getting it better integrated into Fedora so that it uses the same versions of libraries, and the same installation methods. See [http://www.kdenlive.org/user-manual/downloading-and-installing-kdenlive/pre-compiled-packages/fedora-packages] for the current packaging status.

[edit] Benefit to Fedora

Fedora currently has kino, which is a nice simple video editor. Kdenlive would provide an improvement to kino in both usability and sophistication.
