Fedora-tour will provide new users a chance to learn about the application that they have installed and the Fedora community as a whole. It will touch on issues that new users may have when running Fedora, as well as quick overviews of applications, how to get support via IRC and forums, how to file bugs, and how to get more involved in the Fedora community.

The goal of fedora-tour is to make a handy and easy help function for users of all groups.
Benefit to Fedora
The benefit to fedora is that it becomes more attractive to new users, and help teams doesn't have to take all the pressure. Also existing users might find it a handy application for accessing information in an easy and understandable way.
How To Test
If it doesn't get finished, it will not ship. But it will not put other parts of Fedora in jeopardy.
