Info in buildroot

Why should info be in each buildroot?

Package info contains /sbin/install-info which is used by "make install" for packages which provide documentation in the info format, the preferred format of the GNU project. Since we use many GNU packages, it's best to guarantee that the default buildroot contains /sbin/install-info.
