Overview

My name is Lee Faus. I am currently transitioning from the Red Hat Exchange/ISV team to Alfresco. I originally started my tech career teaching high school students Turbo Pascal, C++ and Java at Athens Drive High School in Raleigh, NC. I went to go work for a VAR teaching Novell and Microsoft classes. I left this VAR and went into strictly training. This was my first introduction to Linux. I wrote a number of simple applications that automated the system images that ran on a 2Mb partition. We could restart any machine and get a clean image from a server. I left the training environment to work Tech Support for a NAS company in RTP. Here I learned all about *nix and loved the control I had over the machines. Since then I have always been a hacker/programmer doing Java/J2EE(JEE)/RoR/Python development.
