Instruction to run application

Description

This is a translation testing for fedora-preupgrade package.

1: Run command preupgrade

2: Check translations & shortcut key on all screens

Russian (ru_RU)	fail ru_RU		Partially Translated.
Kannada (kn_IN)	fail kn_IN		Most of the text is untranslated.
Assamese (as_IN)	fail as_IN		Only the buttons are translated.
Korean (ko_KR)	fail ko_KR		Partially translated. Translation incomplete.
Simplified Chinese(zh_CN)	fail zh_CN		Not fully translated.
German (de_DE)	fail de_DE	RHBZ #862184	Not fully translated. 100% translated upstream.
Japanese (ja_JP)	fail ja_JP		Mostly translated. But some lines are in English.
