- Talking about the new Fedora 13.
- Install Fest Fedora 13.
- Introducing other FOSS and community such as eXo-RedHat GateIn portal, MeeGo, etc.
- Introducing new FOSS books (translated into Vietnamese).
- Discussing about the type of Summer of Code program from community such as Fedora, Google and also Vietnam.
- Free/"cam-pu-chia" style small party.
- Open discussions.
Requirements (Budget/DVD etc.)
- Budget: $150 (support/reimbursement needed)
- DVD (if any) may not be on time since the event date is too close (just 7-8 days) from official GA release date. However, it still should be good for next events.

- A small party with tea, coffee, beer, fruit, cake, sweet, etc.: $70
- Fedora 13 Live/Install DVD (100 DVDs) $60
- Fedora Poster: $5
- Fedora 13 Greetings Cake: $15
