System-config-boot backend functionality
Here is list of all functions, which should boot backend provide
Basic
| what | where |

| start/stop audit daemon | service |
| Run in specific runlevel | chkconf |
Other
- Load external menu.lst, modify and install it
- Possibly set the splash image
- Work with all bootloaders (grub, yaboot, efi...)
