System-config-boot backend functionality
Here is list of all functions, which should boot backend provide
Basic

| Add and modify grub items | /boot/grub/menu.lst |
| Set default item | /boot/grub/menu.lst |
| Set boot parameters for items | /boot/grub/menu.lst |
| Use it for restore MBR | /boot/grub/menu.lst |
| Set boot timeout | /boot/grub/menu.lst |
Other
- Load external menu.lst, modify and install it
- Possibly set the splash image
- Work with all bootloaders (grub, yaboot, efi...)
