Test Plan

The Test Plan section could use some details on how the Fedora testers can confirm that NetBeans is working as intended. Here's what I did:

  • Install Package-x-generic-16.pngnetbeans.
  • Attempt to run the NetBeans IDE from the Applications/Programming menu.

Unfortunately it didn't run, saying: "Cannot find java. Please use the --jdkhome switch." Did I do something wrong, or is there a problem with the package?

A: The Bug465891 has been fixed in the release 10. Please, use the latest release of the NetBeans packages.
