Understanding that there are some benefits to permitting a .xx country code specific hostname for Fedora community sites, and balancing that with the benefits of having a predictable, centralized xx.fedoracommunity.org naming scheme, I propose the following:

Community groups can ask for permission to use a countrycode specific hostname with the Fedora trademark in addition to the xx.fedoracommunity.org hostname as long as both hostnames redirect to the same site, ensuring a consistent user experience.
