Revision as of 11:32, 15 May 2012

SouthEast LinuxFest 2012 will be held 8 June through 10 June in Charlotte, NC. For many of us Amtrak travels close to our homes and will make commuting to and from the event convenient. This could also turn out to be an event on the train!

Dates

Current plan is to travel to Charlotte on Thursday, 7 June and leave on the morning of 11 June.

The Train

To Charlotte

The Carolinian 79 will deliver us to Charlotte at 8:12PM. The train advertises WiFi.

From Charlotte

The Carolinian 80 will leave Charlotte at 7:00AM. The train advertises WiFi.

Transportation from the Charlotte train station

The hotel provides a free shuttle to anywhere within three-miles of the hotel. The train station resides inside that radius.

Who will be joining us?
