After finishing High School in 2000, I began an apprenticeship as hotel and gastronomy assistant, which I finished with summa cum laudae in 2003. From 2003 till 2013 I finished some gastronomy related courses like Diplom Wine Sommelier. In this time, I worked in several high class restaurants and hotels across Europe. In the rare spare time I had, I helped others to jailbreak or root their phones, installed linux on PS3 ... In spring 2013 decided to give up my gastronomic career and make my hobby to my job.
