About me

My name is Heng Horn. I was born in 1988 at Kampong Chhnang Province, Cambodia. I got diploma certificate from Udong high school in 2007. Fortunately, I passed CIST (Center for Information Systems Training) scholarship to continued my study in Phnom Penh. I studied in CIST for 2 years in major of Systems and Network Administration. After I got Associate Degree from CIST in 2009, I continued my studied at Norton University in major of Computer Science and Engineering. About my work experiences, I worked for Deam Computer International Pte Ltd which kind of company provided IT products and services from 2009 to 2013. During this company, I was in charge of Field Engineer who responsible on project management, Systems and Server integration, consultant, implementation and maintenance services with Oracle/SUN products by running Oracle DB, Solaris, Oracle Linux on various system models such as SUN, DELL, HP,...to Bank/MFI sector, Telecommunication sector, ISPs, and other. After that, I joined Amret MFI which kind of a leading micro-finance services in Cambodia from 2013 to 2015 as an Senior Windows Systems Administrator who responsible on all Systems and Windows Servers such Mail, ADS/DNS, DHCP, Database, Web,Monitor, Backup/Restoring Servers and other Servers/Tasks assigned by Unit Manager. Now, I have been working for Systems Expert from 2015 as an Deskside Support Specialist which focus on open sources products and services.
