I've written a tutorial to get started with Taskotron. There are currently two versions - I was using this as a chance to compare Sphinx and Dexy for QA-Devel work. So far I've pretty much landed on Dexy, though it's not my call to make. The dexy version is easier to theme - though the current theme is pulled from the Baseweb project - I spent 2 minutes plugging it into dexy.

Sphinx version of the document (less up to date).
