About Me

I am Shobhit based in Bangalore, India

I have been working on GNU Linux for as long as I can remember and have more than a one and a half decade in Linux kernel development and system architecture. My interest in Linux started while I was still in college and ever since have been using/working on multiple Linux distros from the early stages of Red Hat to today's Fedora 21.

Though I have been working a lot in Linux professionally, open source contributions have started from last 3 years mainly in Linux Kernel (kernel.org) and I have been enjoying every bit of it. I also enjoy training and mentoring and have given multiple workshops on working in Linux environment.

Contributions

  • Active Linux kernel developer with multiple contributions to kernel.org
