Need a wiki-matrix so that users can test new look and feel work on different platforms and report any errors

Ricky Zhou discussed following up offer of help e-mails we had on list a while back
Has described problems but no clear solutions have appeared yet
Possibility of a CMS to avoid reinventing wheel
Need to follow up next week on vision for fp.o and how much content will be expanded in the future
