THIS EVENT WAS HELD, FIRST PLANNED TO HAVE A FAD BUT THEN I COULD NT MAKE IT, SORRY FOR Confusion
This is the first FAD (Fedora Activity Day) in Sri Lanka and the right opportunity for all the fedora contributors to get together and for the beginners this is a chance to get involved with the fast growing Free OS community.

11:20 - 12:00 noon - I developed my OS - Experience sharing from fedora contributors

Social Event
After the event there will be a social event facilitating for the participant to get to know others and as well as former contributors. The agenda of the Social event is a surprise.

We are targeting nearly 200 participants.
for every participant,
- F15 Live DVD - pre produced
- Refreshment Token- $0.50
- Laptop sticker - $0.20
- Total - $ 0.70 * 200 = $ 140
Publicity,
- Event Posters - $30
Guest Speakers Cost (includes Water, Token, Refreshment and Lunch),
- Per speaker - $10
Total - $10 * 3 guests = $30
Organizers Cost (Include Water, Breakfast, Refreshment and Lunch),
- Per Organizer - $5
Total - $5 * 5 organizers = $25
Grand Total - $235
- The cost for the social event should be drafted as per the availability of the funds from the sponsors.
