We may need a couple of signs for the event:

- Small easel signs (pre-existing!)

Should be sufficient, using MIT classrooms.

Each classroom has a computer/LCD projector available.

Snacks have been eliminated for budget reasons.
Saturday lunch - box lunches for all attendees at MIT.
Saturday night - FUDPub at location TBA. We will try to cover dinner food and one beverage per person.
