Template documentation [edit]

This documentation is transcluded from Template:Template:Bz/doc. It will not be transcluded on pages that use this template.
This template is outdated and is only retained for historical reference
Please use the rhbug interwiki link instead. See below.

Why? When I want the link text to include the bug number, using the template avoids the need to type the number twice. Mattmccutchen 18:49, 26 August 2011 (UTC)

Link to Bugzilla, quickly. Use like:

{{bz|123456}}

Which will yield:

RHBZ #123456

Using interwiki links

Bug #[[rhbug:123456|123456]]

will yield:

Bug #123456

This template actually uses the interwiki link, so both of these are synonymous. We'd prefer you use the interwiki link, but just be consistent with your usage.
