Change summary: - edit 3.1 to 3.4 where appropriate - make single-srpm single-dir the default option - replace example based on setuptools with python-traitlets, a much simpler package with less packaging overhead - encourage %global _docdir_fmt %{name} - use %{py3dir} - make the policy about retiring python2/3 subpackages explicit and allow that in Branched or Rawhide - change installation order to prefer python3 over python2
