Some words about you.
Howdy!

I'm a 23 year old IT something-or-other from Adelaide in South Australia. I've worked in IT since I was about 16 in varying capacities, and I've done everything from desktop support, to network and systems architecture. I've been involved with Linux/FLOSS since roughly 2009, starting out with installing Ubuntu 9.04 from a CD I got with a copy of Linux Format.

Currently I'm in the middle of overhauling the IT infrastructure of my current employer - taking it from being a 100% Windows house into a clean and lean, AWS based 'nix house. I've been a Linux advocate for quite some time now and this is the second time I've spearheaded the process of ripping and replacing existing closed platforms with open ones.

My formal IT education focused almost entirely on RHEL and Windows server 2003, and guess which one I still use every day! When introducing new users to Linux, Fedora is always my go to choice for both desktop and server environments as I feel it provides a new-user friendly introduction to kickass platform.
