About Moi

I started out as a systems administrator back in 1996, managing servers running
Linux, BSD and Windows Server.
Also made sure the network was running smoothly, using Cisco routers, HP Switches
and lots of other networking gear.
Later on I specialized in network security using CheckPoint Firewalls and TrendMicro systems
running on Linux, and worked as a TCP/IP instructor at a course facility in Oslo, Norway.

In 2012 I "switched careers" to do full-time software development, mainly using C#, C++ and Python.
Always had an interest in operating systems, and naturally got bitten by the Linux bug sometime in the early 90's.
Since then, I've always been a hard-core Learning addict.
