My thesis was about network monitoring using Nagios. After qualification I started working at a system integrator which is part of the Bechtle group. Today, I am working together with [[User:red| Sandro "red" Mathys]] at the ETH Zuerich, administrating a large Fedora/Red Hat network.

Marcus Moeller

Welcome to my personal page. My name is Marcus Moeller and I was born in September 1976 in Germany. I have started using Linux in 1994 as the DOS/Win 3.11 operating system shipped with my x86er PC did not fulfill my needs.

1998 I started working as System Administrator at a local university. I was responsible for their Linux/Solaris and NT network infrastructure and created a PXE booted remote Solaris student-room where about 50 pupils where able to work on a single machine.

My thesis was about network monitoring using Nagios. After qualification I started working at a system integrator which is part of the Bechtle group. Today, I am working together with Sandro "red" Mathys at the ETH Zuerich, administrating a large Fedora/Red Hat network.

In my spare time I am I contributing to the Fedora and the CentOS project.
