System-config-date backend functionality

Here is list of all functions which should date backend provide

Basic

what where
Set current time and date system
Set if NTP is used and set NTP servers with priority /etc/ntp.conf
Set time zone /etc/sysconfig/clock

Other

  • Set whether daylight saving is used
  • Set whether UTC is used
