Hola, mi nombre es Jose Miguel, soy de México, de Sinaloa para ser exactos y actualmente estoy estudiando Ingenieria de Software en el Instituto Tecnologico de Sonora (ITSON), me he interesado en el software libre desde que instale mi primer distribucion GNU/Linux: Debian.(2005)
De ahi, instale Gentoo para probar aun mas el software pero no logre adecuarlo a mi "gusto" de uso y termine regresandome a Debian (con una computadora Pentium Celeron a 128MB de memoria ram), luego obtuve un disco de Ubuntu de Canonical y me empeze a familiarizar con la familia de Debian aun mas y en ese ambiente segui, hasta actualmente, hace poco mas de 1 mes (estoy escribiendo el dia 11 de Febrero de 2010!) instale Fedora 12 y debo decir que es la distribucion que utilizo actualmente, para programar y uso diario.
Actualmente trabajo con distribuciones: Fedora y Slackware, utilizo Slackware en mi computadora de escritorio para conocer como trabaja Linux y Fedora 13 en mi notebook de uso diario, para cualquier cosa utilizo Fedora actualmente, facil y divertido de utilizar.
Debo conciderarme un novato en cuanto al mundo de GNU/Linux y lo hago y me gusta aprender todo sobre Software.
