1. Experienced in installation, configuration, tuning, security, backup, recovery and upgrades of IBM AIX. 2. Create and maintain AIX partitioning creating Volume Groups (VG), Logical Volumes (LVM), Journal File Systems (JFS), Extended Journal File Systems (EJFS) and Network File System (NFS). 3. Provided AIX operating system network configuration and integration into existing networks. Setup and managed user accounts and system security. 4. Assist in the support and integration of third party infrastructure software products. 5. Knowledge in implementing NPIV and mapping storage directly to the VIO clients using the client WWPN's. 6.
