User shares

Add a new tab to enable useshares and control them with something like this

usershare path = /var/lib/samba/usershare
usershare max shares = 100
usershare allow guests = yes
usershare owner only = no

and then the directory /var/lib/samba/usershare should be owned by s-c-samba
