About Software Freedom Day

The Software Freedom Day in general is am Event taking place worldwide, every year on the third Saturday in September. It is the biggest event existing concerning Free Software.

SFD Hamburg

The local event on this day in Hamburg, Germany is similar to other conferences, providing a program with some talks and an exhibition hall with some free software projects. Even if the event is quite small compared with it's big sisters like the Chemnitzer Linuxtage, LinuxTag in Berlin, FrOSCon and the OpenRheinRuhr, Fedora will also be there with a booth.
