FUDCon is the Fedora Users and Developer's Conference, an opportunity for all who contribute to or use Fedora to meet, learn, plan, and hack. This event is free and is open to everyone. To learn about what a FUDCon is like, you can view a video from the North American FUDCon 2009. Please read https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FUDCon_organization_process and understand it thoroughly if you are a event organizing volunteer.

Event Details

* Venue: TBD
* Date:  TBD
* Time:  TBD

Budget Details

We are tracking this at https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-india/ticket/48. This ticket is private to event organizers.

Venue Proposals

Please suggest a venue and list the contact details of the person associated. If we can get the venue for low or no cost, we can spend the budget on getting people to the event among other things. Since a lot of the Red Hat Engineers are at Pune in India, this location is preferred to save up on travel cost.

* Pune, Symbiosis Institute - [Contact] [Date]
* Nimhans Convention Center - Bangalore User:Hiemanshu [Date]
* RVCE  - Bangalore User:Sherry151 [Date]

Note that the date proposed should be later than April 2010 and no later than November 2010 to avoid conflicts with other major events and to leave room to plan the budget. June and July will be vacation time for students but they are likely busy with internships.

Networking

Whatever venue we pick should have free wifi connectivity. This is a MUST.

Pre-registration

Please add your name to the list if you will attend. Registration is free and open to everyone.
