Disable LLMNR name resolution

This is a proposed Change for Fedora Linux.
This document represents a proposed Change. As part of the Changes process, proposals are publicly announced in order to receive community feedback. This proposal will only be implemented if approved by the Fedora Engineering Steering Committee.

Summary

LLMNR is a multicast resolution protocol. It is enabled in systemd-resolved since it has become the default in f33 and provides Windows compatible resolution of names. It works over multicast on local networks and is potentially insecure. Any machine on the same network link can impersonate any hostname without a dot present.

But even Microsoft, which is behind its RFC has announced its deprecation
