Summary

Add Fedora Kinoite as an emerging edition of Fedora alongside Fedora Silverblue. Fedora Kinoite is an immutable desktop operating system featuring the KDE Plasma desktop and based on the same technologies as Fedora Silverblue (rpm-ostree, Flatpak, podman). Another way to view it is that Fedora Kinoite this is the Silverblue version of the KDE Spin.
