Change Proposal Name

Summary

Cleanup the current wallpapers that are shown by default in Fedora Workstation, and replace them with just the default Fedora Wallpaper for the Release, the default desktop wallpaper for that release of the desktop, and a set of 15 wallpapers chosen from the previous Fedora supplemental wallpapers (from all previous releases).

Detailed Description
