Fedora Zongwen User Group (Fedora Chinese User Group / FZUG) is the official Fedora community of Chinese language users.
FZUG established in 2008 by a group of Chinese Fedora lovers who had run Chinese Fedora community for years, for the achievements of the following goals:
- Provide online resources to catalyze communication and self-development of technical knowledge among Chinese users.
- Assist members and external organisations for event management of
- Promote benefits of Fedora, Linux, Open Source Software to the Chinese public.+
There are 4 functional sub-groups in FZUG. They are for easy reporting only and any members of FZUG can join multi-groups:
- Content - document editing and translation.
- Development - programming, testing and packaging.
- Public - activity organization and marketing.
- Multimedia - graphic/web/UI design, web services development and administration.
(Still in early stage of structuring, it may change without notice.)
