If community thinks that your idea is feasible to execute and if you become successful to gather a few people to collaborate with you, start a collaborative project. Describe your project and state the Time duration of project. Also decide parameters for calling it a successful project.

Work on your project

Start working on your project and frequently release updates about your project at your project description page. Upon successful completion of project list it on the list of successful collaborative projects. We recommend you to release your project under GPL v3.
