Subject Line Junk

  • Really consider removing the [long-stuff-that-obscures-the-subject-line] in the Subject. Mike Harris makes a succinct case for why .
  • When you forward, reply, or properly fork a discussion thread, clean-up the Subject a bit. Instead of:
 Fwd: (Re: (re: Keyboard Shortcuts Revisted))

Try these: 

 Fwd: Keyboard Shortcuts Revisted
Desktop customizations (was Keyboard Shortcuts Revisted)
