Community Architecture deliverables

This is where we track deliverables, deadlines, and schedules for the team. Cross stuff out when it no longer applies or is completed, and we'll cull things at the end of the week.

This page is not meant to capture all the day-to-day stuff that people on the team are doing. Rather, it is a reminder of the most important deadlines around which our other work must co-exist.

Deliverables prior to August 24 meeting

Karsten

• Everything ready for MTV lunch 'n learn
  • TOSW slide deck completed.
  • Memo-list communication for TOSW sent.
• Reach out to FreeIPA and/or 389 leadership early in the week about what if anything we can do to help them in the RHEL6 timeframe and recommend action based on their feedback.
  • Team makes a decision and we start implementing prior to next week, if possible.

Greg

• Early in the week, finish the Communities of Practice page on internal wiki.
• Spacewalk and/or Cloud work.
• Meet w/ bstevens.
• Chapter 1 of the TOS textbook.

Mel

• Education
  • POSSE survey finalized and out to the world. (draft here, final out this week)
  • Identify 3 most likely next POSSEs, and next steps to making them happen at minimal cost to RHT.
  • Other POSSE stuff as per your plans.
• Fedora
  • Map out content-generation tasks that Marketing needs to do to support Websites redesign.
  • Run the Marketing meeting

  • Your personal Zikula work see test instance
  • Campus Ambassadors chat w/ inode0

Max

• POSSE debrief.
• Q2 finalized, Q3 & Q4 budget proposed.
• Figure out Mel's trip to Raleigh.
• Get an IT queue and community AT alias if possible.
• Follow up with Gutsy Geeks.
• Catch up on EMEA Ambassadors stuff.
• Start working on EMEA final report for mrc & jim.
