The fedpkg command

In the new dist-git system, the fedpkg executable takes the place of "make" from the old CVS-based system.

This is provided by the fedora-packager rpm.

Ensure that you are using an up-to-date version.

As of 2010-07-29, you may want to manually a version from FIXME
