BoilerPlate
One of the largest problems with dealing with bugzilla, is insufficient information in bug reports. It's time consuming for developers to deal over and over again with general needsinfo issues. This page is dedicated to provide common and polite boilerplate responses for bugreports that need to provide more information to be useful.
The links could be either per component or listed as a general issue that could benefit from a common checklist of instructions that a bug reporter can use to provide better information about the problem.
From a naive end-user perspective, knowing what the developers need to know, is a hard thing. Hopefully developers will fill in boilerplate/checklist responses here so that community triage can apply them as comment to encourage bug reports to give more feedback...so that developers don't have to do this sort of work.
