• Distance between ambassadors get difficult to do meetings in real life and presence of many ambassadors in different events
• English is a problem for a lot of Italian people

Switzerland

• 5 (three swiss ambassador and two ambassador who cover Germany and Switzerland)

• we live in a small world and the German ambassadors are our local fellows  :-)

• 600 - 1000 CHF (= $) for OpenExpo (2x) and Linuxdays (travelling and accommodation)

• local problems
• 4 official languages (French, German, Italian (and romansh)) . The communication has to be done in French, German or Italian.
• the swiss users get help from the communities around Switzerland (Germany, France and Italy)
• Switzerland is a "rich" countries and the people have the money to pay for software (and often want)
• most linux users are using Ubuntu and SuSE (OpenSuSE)

• we have the most beautiful mountains :-)
• lowest goods and services tax (aka MwSt or VAT) in Europe
• The swiss open source community is small and most people know each other and can help.
