FY11 Q1 budget
Based on the Community Architecture expenses, FAmSCo has about $25,000 USD to spend across the world for regional Fedora support from March 2010 - May 2010.
FAmSCo is recommending earmarking the money as follows:
* NA -- $7,000 USD
** List needs here (swag, materials, sponsorships, etc.)
* EMEA -- $7,000 USD (about 5000 EUR)
** List needs here (swag, materials, sponsorships, etc.)
** $4600 USD -- Fedora 13 Media (estimation based upon F12 media expenses)
* LATAM -- $6,000 USD
** List needs here (swag, materials, sponsorships, etc.)
* India/APAC -- $5,000 USD
** List needs here (swag, materials, sponsorships, etc.)
FY10 Q4 regional breakdown
February marked the end of Q4 2010 (December 2009 - February 2010).  FAmSCo's total budget for this quarter was $32,000.
We finished the quarter under budget, but the Community Architecture team used some of that extra budget for other purposes related to open source in education.
We definitely need to spend more money in LATAM, India, and APAC.
* EMEA -- $9,410
** $4,640 -- Fedora 12 media
** $2,110 -- FOSDEM 2010
** $1,005 -- Transifex support
** $680 -- Case badges
** $580 -- Italian community support
** $335 -- Hotel reimbursements for CLT 2009
** $60 -- Athens release party
* NA -- $6,290
* India/APAC -- $1,785
** $930 -- Hiemanshu's CLT sponsorship
** $340 -- Case badges
** $290 -- FOSS.in
** $225 -- FOSS.my
* LATAM -- $340
** $340 -- Case badges

Where does FAmSCo's budget come from?
The FAmSCo budget rolls up into the larger Community Architecture expenses. On that page, FAmSCo's budget is represented by the "Regional support" line item.
